Important:
- Fernpaß - no road tax is essential
- raod tax is obligatory on Austria's motorways - permits are available at every petrol stations!
- 100 km/h on the "Inntal" motorway
1. no road tax: Kempten - Füssen - Reutte - Fernpaß - Imst - B189 auf der Bundesstraße bleiben Richtung - Ötztal - Obergurgl - Hochgurgl
2. road tax: München - Kufstein (Inntalautobahn A12) - Innsbruck - Ausfahrt Ötztal - Obergurgl - Hochgurgl
3. road tax: München - Garmisch - Scharnitz - Telfs (Inntalautobahn A12)- Ötztal - Obergurgl - Hochgurgl
By train:
by train to Innsbruck or Ötztal-Station; by bus from Innsbruck (4 times a day) or Ötztal-Station (8 times a day) to Obergurgl or Hochgurgl.
